Farmfest Somerset

Farmfest is a small independent music & arts festival set in the beautiful somerset countryside.
The focus of the site was to create something which both appealed to the contemporary music audience and familes alike. Utilising the lovely commissioned illustrations and combining it with the retro, almost vintage 1980's disco pattern, the design juxtaposes these two elements to create interest, and intrigue. Utilising parrallax technology only helps in creating this wierd mixing of worlds.
Along with the illustrations, the site design focuses on creating mystery out of the imagery, using landscape combined with bold statements to give a sense of the type of festival it is, a tease into the world of Farm Festival.
